Excellence

One of the school's I worked at in Jamaica recently entered a National singing competition. I watched a video of them rehearsing and it was a...maz..ing. What also inspired me was the attitude of the young performers. At the beginning of their rehearsal they declared: "Excellence is not encouraged, it is expected". What a great mantra for life and for learning. I hope we can all adopt this attitude as we go into the new year. Great expectations will lead to great heights. Be all that you are meant to be.
